Hopkins staff will present an overview of the City’s role in development at the September 1,
2020, City Council meeting. The presentation will cover the continuum of how the city responds
to, influences and makes decisions on development activity within the City. The presentation
will highlight the use of tax increment financing to achieve major community goals.
