Subject: Second Reading for Ordinance 2014-1075
Attached is Ordinance 2014-1075 for second reading. This ordinance will rezone 1202-
1304 Oxford Street from R-2, Low Density Residential to Mixed Use to facilitate the
construction of a 51 -unit apartment development.
The City Council's action is to approve the ordinance for second reading and order it
published.

STREET FROM R-2 TO MIXED USE
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
That the present zoning classification of R-2, Low Density Multiple Family, upon the following
described premises is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof, the said premises are hereby zoned as
Mixed Use.
