RESOLUTION ORDERING INSTALLATION OF A DISABLED PARKING ZONE
22 JACKSON AVENUE SOUTH
WHEREAS, the City Council makes certain provisions for the designation of disabled parking
zones on city streets and the installation of signs therefore, and
WHEREAS, the City Code stipulates applicant eligibility provisions for such parking zones and
a permit fee, and
WHEREAS, the resident at 22 Jackson Avenue South has made application for a disabled park-
ing zone on Jackson Avenue South and the resident meets eligibility requirements,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Hopkins, Minnesota:
Such application for a disabled parking zone is hereby approved and the City Engineer is in-
structed to arrange for the installation of signs at the earliest appropriate time.
Adopted by the City Council this 16th day of September, 2014.
