V.3. Proclamation for Cheryl Youakim City of Hopkins Proclamation Whereas, the City of Hopkins recognizes Cheryl Youakim for nine years of dedicated service to the Hopkins City Council: and Whereas, the City recognizes the community involvement that Cheryl Youakim has provided as a Council Member and further recognizes her great contributions to the community; and Whereas, Cheryl Youakim’s services to the community has involved many collaborative projects with organizations such as the Southwest Light Rail Transit Corridor Management Committee, League of Minnesota Cities Economic Development Committee, Hopkins Human Rights Committee, Rotary Club and many more; and Whereas, the citizens of Hopkins are very proud of Cheryl Youakim’s accomplishments in the City of Hopkins. The Council would like to acknowledge her services. Now, Therefore, in recognition of all these accomplishments be it resolved that , IEugene J. Maxwell, Mayor of the City of Hopkins, do hereby proclaim Tuesday, January 6, 2015 as Cheryl Youakim Day in the City of Hopkins. , In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of this th City to be affixed this 16 day of December, 2014.
