FOR MINNESOTA COURT DATA SERVICES FOR GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES
Proposed Action
Staff recommends that the Council approve the following motion: Approve Resolution 2015-030 Approving
Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Court Data Services for Governmental Agencies.
Approval of this motion will permit the Hopkins City Attorney to electronically access court records and
documents for legitimate governmental business needs.
Overview
As the Minnesota Judicial Branch continues to move toward a paperless court they are committed to ensuring
that non-court governmental agencies have appropriate access to court records and documents. Only
authorized government, student and contract attorneys are allowed limited access to court documents.
Before any attorney is granted access, they will need to sign a required Court Data Services User
