80-2852A lit CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION No. 80-2852A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE SECURING OF A MOBILE HOME BUILDING LOCATED AT 522 PINES TRAILER COURT, HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, WHICH BUILDING IS DEEMED HAZARDOUS WHEREAS, the Hopkins Building Inspector has conducted numerous inspections and investigations pertaining to a mobile home located at 522 Pines Trailer Court in the City of Hopkins, which building is owned by Betty A. Barker; and • WHEREAS, said building, for more than six months , has been and continues to be open to trespass and has not been secured; and WHEREAS, said building could and should be made safe by securing said building. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the Council of the City of Hopkins as follows: A. That the mobile home building located at 522 Pines Trailer Court (2012 West Excelsior Avenue) , Hopkins , Minnesota, is hereby ordered to be properly secured by the owner immediately. B. That a copy of this Resolution and Order shall be delivered to said Betty A. Barker, or by mailing a copy thereof to her at her last known address, which is 522 Pines Trailer Court, 2012 West Excelsior Avenue, Hopkins , Minnesota. C. That, further, if said owner of said building fails to comply with this Resolution and Order within ten days after this Order is served upon her, the Hopkins Building Inspector is hereby authorized and ordered . to cause said building to be properly secured and the cost thereof be charged against said premises. D. That this Resolution and Order is made in conformity with Minnesota Statutes Annotated, Section 463.251.
