80-2856 CITY OF HOPKINS 111/ Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 80-2856 A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 80-2851 of the Council adopted May 20, 1980, a report has been prepared by John Strojan, City Engineer, with reference to Second Avenue South between Fifth Street South and Seventh Street South by the installation of sanitary sewer and watermain thereon and this report was received by the Council on May 20th, 1980. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, as follows: • 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of ibllowing described parcels in Section 25, Township 117, Range 22: (25-117-22 14 0003) Commencing at a point in the north line of the Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter distance 800 feet east from the northwest corner thereof, thence east 418 35/100 feet more or less along the north line thereof to a point 134 feet west from the east line of section, thence south 1059 62/100 feet more or less parallel with east line thereof to a line running west at right angles from the east line thereof at a point distance 2376 72/100 feet south from the northeast corner of section, thence west 427 89/100 feet more or less along said right angle line to a line running from a point of beginning and parallel with the west line of the Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter, thence north 1072 23/100 feet more or less to beginning, except part taken for roads; and will further consider the market value before and after said improvement of the property affected thereby. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 3rd day of June, 1980 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P.M. , and the Clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
