AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER V, SECTION 500:00 OF
THE CITY OF HOPKINS 1977 CODE OF ORDINANCES RE:
LIQUOR LICENSE FEES AND BUSINESS LICENSE FEES
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, as follows:
That Chapter V, Section 500:00, of the "1977 Code of Ordinances of
the City of Hopkins", be and is hereby amended as to those certain license or
permit fees in the Subdivision numbers hereinafter appearing, as follows:

SECTION 2. That the provisions of this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after January 1, 1979.
SECTION 3. That said Section 500:00 of said 1977 Code of Ordinances of
the City of Hopkins, except as herein changed and amended, remains in full force
and effect.
First read at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Hopkins
held on November 21, 1978, and finally read, approved, adopted and ordered pub-
lished at a regular meeting of said Council of said City on December 5, 1978.
