RESOLUTION NO. 82-3014
A RESOLUTION WAIVING PLATTING REQUIREMENTS FOR DIVISION
OF TRACTS L, M AND P, R.L.S. NO. 561 AND LOT 91,
AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 239
WHEREAS, Massey Ferguson, Inc. has applied to the City Council of Hopkins
for approval of a division of P.I.D. #19-117-21-13-0013 known as Tract 'M' ,
P.I.D. #19-117-21-13-0016 known as Tract 'P' , and P.I.D. #19-117-13-0018 known
as Tract 'L' and Lot 91, Auditor's Subdivision No. 239 into two parcels as
follows:
PARCEL 'A'
All of Tract M and that part of Tracts L and P, Registered Land Survey
No. 561, Files of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County,
Minnesota lying Northeasterly of the following described line: Beginning
at a point on the Northwesterly line of said Tract P distant 66.79 feet
Southwesterly along said Northwesterly line from the most Northerly
411 corner of said Tract P; thence Southeasterly in a straight line to a
point on the South line of said Tract L distant 770.15 feet East of the
most Westerly corner of said Tract L, and that part of Lot 91, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 239, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying East of a line drawn
from a point on the North line of said Lot 91 distant 31.21 feet West along
said North line from the most Easterly corner of said Lot 91 to a point on
the Southeasterly line of said Lot 91 distant 29.96 feet Southwesterly along
said Southeasterly line from the most Easterly corner of said Lot 91.
PARCEL 'B'
That part of Tracts L and P, Registered Land Survey No. 561, Files of the
Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota lying Southwesterly
of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the Northwesterly
line of said Tract P distant 66.79 feet Southwesterly along said Northwesterly
line from the most Northerly corner of said Tract P; thence Southeasterly in a
straight line to a point on the South line of said Tract L distant 770.15 feet
East of the most Westerly corner of said Tract L, and that part of Lot 91,
Auditor's Subdivision No. 239, Hennepin County, Minnesota lying West of a line
drawn from a point on the North line of said Lot 91 distant 31.21 feet West
along said North line from the most Easterly corner of said Lot 91 to a point
on the Southeasterly line of said Lot 91 distant 29.96 feet Southwesterly
along said Southeasterly line from the most Easterly corner of said Lot 91.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby Resolved by the City Council of the City of Hopkins
that said premises as above described may be divided as hereinabove set forth without
further platting or other formal subdivision requirements.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held the 3rd day of August, 1982.
