CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSI!'1ENTS

CREVIER'S FIRST ADDITION
TO WEST MINNEAPOLIS

Wf-�REAS, the owner of Lots l, 2, 3, 4 and 5,/L. P. Crevier's First
Addition to West Minneapolis, Hennepin Cowity, Minnesota, which premises are
affected by those certain special assessments heretofore levied by the City
Council of the City of Hopkins pursuant to Hopkins Resolution No. 1218 dated
September 3, 1963, has in writing petitioned the City Council of the City of
Hopkins to amend, correct and`relevy certain additional assessments and amounts
against said premises as more fully hereinafter set forth; and,
WI�REAS, said Petitioner has in writing waived any and al1 Notices of
� public hearings which may be required by Law in connection with such amendments,
and has and does consent to such amendment, correction and additioflal levy with-
out further notice or hearing thereon; and,
Wf-IEREAS, such Petition and consent has been made pursuant to M.S.A.
429.07I, Subdivisions 1 and 3; and,
WI-iEEREAS, the City of Hopkins has ascertained and hereby does certify
that said Petitioner is the sole owner of all of such property and lands affected
hereby, and has and does consent thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the City CoLmcil of the City of
Hopkins as follows:
l. That the amended additional special assessments, a cony of which
is hereto attached and made a part hereof, are hereby accepted and adopted,
and shall constitute aaditional special assessments against the lands therein
named, and each Lot or tract of land therein included is hereby foLmd to be
and to have been specially benefited by the proposed amendments in the additional
amoLmt of the assessment hereby levied and rema.ining against it.
2. That this Resolution is an amendment of the Hopkins Resolution
No. 1218 and of the levies therein set forth and heretofore imposed.
3. That such additional assessments as herein amended shall be
payable in seven equal annual installments, plus interest as provided by Law,
the first of said installments to be payable on or before the first Monday of
January, 1976, and shall bear interest at the rate of. o per annum.
4. The owner of said property so assessed may, at any time prior to
certification of this assessment to the CoLmty Finance Officer, pay the whole of
the assessments on such property with interest accrued to the date of payment to
the City Clerk.
S. 'The City Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified d.uplicate of
this additional assessment as amended to the County Finance Officer to be ex-
tended on the proper tax lists of the County in addition to those special
assessments heretofore levied and extended, and also additional assessments
shall be added and paid over in the same manner as other Municipal taxes.
