Present at the June 4, 1975, meeting were Mayor Pokorny, Councilmen McDonald, MiZbez�
Mi11er and Vassar, City Manager Cotton, City C1erk-Assessor, Richardson, Deputy
Assessor Hromadko and Donald Monk from Hennepin Count� Assessor's Office. Present at

Hromadko. Absent: Counci.Zman Vassar.

Side 2 Mr. Miller moved, and Mr. McDonald seconded the motion, that the Board
5-772 reduce the market value of the property of Mark Graham, Z09 Ho11y Road,
to $58,100. (Plat 37550, Parcel 715) A poll of the vote was as follows:
Mr.Milbert, yea; Mr. Mi11er, yea; Mr. McDonald, yea; and Mayor Pokorny,
yea. Motion carried unanimously.
Adjustments were made by the Assessor and approved by the
