RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS
Wf�REAS, pursuant to proper notice duly published and given as required by
law, the City Council of the City of Hopkins has rnet and heard on September 17, 1975,
and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments for the im�rovem�nt of
certain streets, avenues and thoroughfares in the City of Hopkins, all as mr�re
fully set forth and described in Exhibit A. attached to Resolution No. 75-2453
adopted August 5th, 1975 and �esolution No. 72-2456 adopted August 19th, 1975;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY Z� CITY COUNCIL OF �IOPKINS, MINNESO'I'A,
as follows:
1. Such proposed assessments, a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof and hereby accepted and shall constitiute the special assess�nts against
the lands therein named and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be
benefitted by the proposed im�roven�nt in the amount of the asses�nt levied against it.
2. Such assessm�ents shall be payable in equal, annual installments extendinq
over the periods of years set forth in the Schedules of Assessments, the first of the
installments to be payable on or before January 2, 1976. Any deferred installments
shall bear interest at the rate of six percent (60) per ann�un from the lst day of
October, 1975. To the first installments shall be added interest on the entire
respective assessments from October l, 1975, until December 31, 1975. To eac:h
subsequent installments, when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid
installments.
3. The awner of any property so assessed may at any, except between November
� 15th, and December 31st, prior to the certification of the assessr,�nts to the Hennepin
County Auditor, as herein provided, pay the whole of the assessm�nts against any
parcel, with interest accrued to date of payment, to the City Manager, except that
no interest shall be charged if the entire assessm�nt is paid before November 15th.
Also, the a�mmer of any property may at any time thereafter, except between November
15th and December 31st, of each year, pay to the City Manager, the entire amount of
the assessments remaining unpaid.
4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate or duplicates
of these assessments to the Hennepin County Audiotr to be extended on the proper
tax lists of the County, and such assessments shall be collected and pa.id over in the
same manner as other municipal t�es.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this
16th day of Septexnber, 1975.

and Twentieth Avenue North from First Street to Second Street North, the
total cost of the project being $8,782.74 of which $7,349.48 is being assessed
against Lots l thru 30, inclusive, Block 11, West Minneapolis Third Division.
2. Concrete repairs at the following described properties:

5. Water connections at 11609 Highway No. 7 and 320 - 21st Avenue North, the total
amount to be assessed being the sum of $3,446.44 and the area to be assessed
being: Parcel 8600 - North 177 feet of south 500 4/10 feet of the east 168 feet
of that part of the Southwest Quarter of Northeast Quarter lying north of West
Park Addition; Parcel 8700 - East 168 feet of that part of Southwest Quarter
of Noztheast Quaxter lying north. of south 500 4/10 feet of that part of said
tract lying north of West Park Addition except highway, all in Section 23,
Township 117, Range 22.
