Overview Over the last year, Hopkins has been working on an Active Living project, which is being funded by a grant administered through Hennepin County. As a part of the Active Living project, the City was required to review our Complete Streets policy to ensure the policy addresses the elements for an ideal policy prescribed by the National Complete Streets Coalition (NCSC). As a whole, the existing City policy addressed most of the NCSC elements well; some additions have been made and are noted on the attached policy document.
