08-15-95A regular meeting of the Hopkins City Council was held on
August 15, 1995 in the Council ~A~r:rs of Hopkins City
Hall.
Present were Mayor Redepenninq, Council+~~r-rs Anderson,
Hesch, Krit$ler and Maxwell. Also present' were staff
~~~~~rs Mielke, Genellie, Stadler, lterrigan, Gessele and
City Attorney Jerre Miller.
I. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Redepenning called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.
II. OPEN AGENDA - PUBLIC CO~iTS/CONCERNS
Jim Sutcliffe, of The Pines, addressed the Council for the
residents of The Pines with concerns regarding the status of
the park.
Tammy Christ, of The Pines, also addressed the Council on
behalf of the residents with concerns of safety issues such
as lights out and abandoned trailers, and the status of the
park.
Glen Shoemaker, of APAC, appeared as an advocate for the
residents of The Pines and expressed his concerns about how
the closing or remodeling of the Park would be defined.

Staff recommended a motion to adopt Resolution 95-71, 72,
73, and 74 approving the gambling license applications of
the Hopkins Jaycees. ,

seconded a motion to adopt Resolutions 95-71, 72, 73, and 74
