Mayor Redepenning called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.~.

motion carried unaniaously.

Councilmembsr 8esch seconded the notion to adapt Resolution
No. 94-40.

motion carried unanimously.

seconded the motion to authorise bids for the 1994 l~aetsold
Field improvements.

Staff recowanded adoption of the folloMinq motion: Direct
staff to continue using current methods far water and sever
service repairs.
Lee Gustafson vent over the survey that had been conducted
by staff and assured Council that over 50~ of the cities had
policies similar to Hopkins.
Councilmamber Kaxvell asked if the costs can be ass seed.
