appeared before Council to update thaws on the board
activities. Ha said that the group wants to focus on youth

Staff racamae~ndad adoption of the follawinq motion: Bova to
adopt Resolution No. 94-45 a~~~.-ing for first reading
Ordinance No. 94-739 Which places a moratorium on the
Subdivision Ordinance Section 500.
Jim Kerrigan vent over the reasons for the need for a
moratorium.
Roger Gordon, Attorney for br. 4 brs. Hayes, spaka
concerning the application that has been submitted, in the
Bellgrove area. 8a stated that, since the application had
been submitted before the moratorium had coma before the
Council, the application would ba e~pt from the proposed
moratorium.
br. biller, City Attorney, stated that the property should
ba exempt from the proposed moratorium. br. biller also
stated that the Council could pass Ord. No. 94-739 for
first reading allowing time for the Soninq and Planning
Caaittae and other groups that might ba interested in the
moratorium to be inforsed of the pending ordinance.
Councilmembar Rtitalar moved to a~~~.ro Resolution No. 94-45
and specifically ex~ptinq the Hayes application from the
moratorium.
After further discussion Councils ~r Rritsler moved and
Councilmamber Anderson ,^~anded the motion to adopt
Resolution No. 94-45 a~~sa~inq Ordinance No. 94-739 for
first reading.

After further discussion Councilaeabar Anderson coved and

Resolution No. 94-74 with a 3 hour tine licit, no parking
and posting "No Trespassing" signs in th® lot betreen 10
p.a. and 5 a.a.

is planning a booth at Nainstreet Days and sponsoring ,a

Hoard is very active and supplies good input.

He asked about wlio could be handling the coffee in Nay and '
nine. Mayor Redepenninq and Councilae~tber Naxrell rill be
on hand in Nay and Councilmeeber ~Critaler and i~nderson rill
be hosting in one.
1~. 8arreninq resinded the Council of the T:rin Hest G'haaber
lun~~e~n honoring saall businesses. He said that the
lun~~+~~n could ba 1~ednesday Nay 11th at 11:30 a.~. to 1:30
p.a. 8e requested that the Council attend.
