the various pieces of equipment within the plan sad questions were raised r~di.,g the

;~r.~~.remeats. The CouncS discussed the draft CIP sad had a number of questions neiating to the

capacity ofthe City to carry out an ofthe projects. Staffm~dicated that all questions would be

The City Manager, Steve 1Vreliae reviearod with the Council a report outlinigg the Prdimiaery
C~eae=al Fund Budget sad Tax bevy £or 1994. Iacl~~~~ in the items wage alternative budgets
which would Shaw ao increase in the tax levy, a mei~tw~ance of service budget, and a budget
which would allow for ad~+tioaal programs and services.. Attached to those budgets wage the tax
levy impacts of each alternative. emdicerted that the Counc0 would be requestied to approve
a ~~,ary budget sad tax levy for Truth in T~o~ purposed at the September 7'th CouncS
meebgg. The Couaal reviewed the pz~~i~ary data sad generally ~gr~eed that the d
services budget was the appropriate level fOOr a ~~L~.~:osry budget. It was also requested that
