Ona of the trails would folloM the right of way from 8th l~vanua forth in Hopkins, past Zist l~vanue Borth and hook up with Minnetonka~s trail systas. The other would start at Highway 169 and follo~r County Road 3, connecting with trails in Minnetonka and $den Prairie. In s~-mot studies with Hennepin Parks they indicated they say soon be getting a right of use persit froze BC~I. if this happens, Hennepin Parks Mould than be able to work with each city to construct teaporary regional trails in these areas. If an injury occurs on a sidewalk in disrepair, the city is usually eased in the suit for not enforcing their ordinance acid for not addressing a general nuisance.
