Fire Marshal George Magdal revieMad his ae~aoranduM on the current inspection prograM and a staff proposal to initiate a fee syate~a as part of the inspection progra~a. Magdal stated that the current inspections cost the City ap~rro3ciaately $17,000 par year and allays all buildings Mithin the City to ba inspected onc:a every five years.
