Present Hera Mayor Berg; Councila~eabsrs; Chuck lCritaler, Chuck Redepenninq, Bob i~nderson and Jia Shirley. Members of the Strategic Planning Caaittee present were Mendell Maddox, Betty Folliard, Pat Reuter, Harry Smith, Larry Dowell, Fran Hesch, Gerald Blessar, and Dan Johnson. Ma~mbers of the Planning Camssission present were David Day, John Shtchison, Mike xinship, Naal Chapman, and Rick Pavelka. l~liso present Mere City Staff: Steve Mielke, Paul stienaan, Toe Harmeninq and Jim R.~rrigan. The meeting began at 6:30 p. m. Mith sn overvieM by Mayor Berg. He discussed agenda and the process to be used for the aeetinq. Pat Reuter outlined the response to the City Council. in essence, stating that the study contained the a~~~priate guidance for the City Council to use in making the decision.
