A C.auncil wor~sassion was hdd on October 13,1992 in the Rsspbenry Room at Hoplcma City
Hell.
In attendance was Mayor Bexg, and eras Shirley, ~ ~eP~'~ ~
Anderson. Also in attendance wa~e ataffmembers,11~d1oe~ Kerrigan, Haraxaing, 3tt4iawen,
Gueta~on, Max and Panla~tz. Also in attendance was Stiev~e Barberia of Chi'lda Play Theater.
Mayor Berg called the meeting to onler at 7 p.m.

Mr. K~a~rigan reviewed a memozandum he prepared the status of the .,.,t
proposal which the steffand Council had been wor1~ on during the past several
months. He also reviewed a lefts received from Childs Play 1'hester which atsted that Childs
Play fdt that they were running out of time and could no lor~er accept the uncartaiaty of (~da
Play Theater Cornpaay's future. The letter asks the Council to decide within 60 days whether or
not the City wi11 acra~.....wdate[~h+1d~e Play by ~~8 a 12,500 -15,000 square foot stand alone
b~uMgg for ChOds Play Theater, whether the City will c~+t up to 1.5 ~1F~n dollars ~ the

Kerrige~i stated that the Suburban Chevrolet property was still unavailable since Suburban
Chevrolet had sat tbrmalized•and cleted their plena for a move to Brien Prairie Suburban

Mr. Gustafson reviewed a memorandum he prepared for the Cauocil rdatigg to the various
services pro~iided by the City in the area of refuse and s..llitation.
