MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
AT CONCLUSION OF THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Wednesday, August 2, 2006
Mayor Maxwell called the meeting to order at 8:55 pm at the conclusion of the regular City Council
meeting at City Hall. Council members present were Mayor Maxwell and Council members Thompson,
Rowan, Halverson, and Youakim. City personnel present were City Manager Rick Getschow.
Joint Meeting with City of Minnetonka for Shady Oak Road Project
The City of Minnetonka is hosting the joint meeting of the City Councils to approve the preliminary
layout for Shady Oak Road reconstruction. Dates discussed for the meeting in Minnetonka were September
18 and September 20.
National Night Out
Council considered the National Night Out event a success as the entire City Council was able to attend
several of the National Night Out parties.
There being no further business, a motion was made by Thompson, seconded by Halverson to adjourn
the meeting. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 pm.
