12-29-1964 The regular meeting of the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Hopkins was held in the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Tuesday, December 29th, 1964, at 7: 30 p.m, o'clock. Page -2- Action: Mr. Malecha moved and Mr. Larson seconded the motion that the �. 39 - 138 Zoning and Planning Commission recommend approval to the City Council of the request for a Special-Use-Permit, a nineteen (19) foot front yard variance; a one (1) foot rear yard variance; and a nine foot six inch (9.6) South side yard variance. The motion carried. Mr. Blake not voting. Case No. 4. 64-23-Plat. Applicant: John Meath. Subject: Approval of the revised preliminary plat or that portion of Lot 12 and Lot 11, and the West 145 feet of the North 60 feet of Lot 10, of the previously approved preliminary plat and the preliminary approval of the balance of the plat or the West 145 feet of the South 48 feet of Lot 10, and Lot 9 exclusive of the East 145 feet of the North 57 feet of said Lot and Lot 8. Action: Mr. Blake moved and Mr. Malecha seconded the motion that the Zoning and 150 - 285 Planning Commission recommend approval of the request for preliminary approval of the revised plat to the City Council and that the Council advertise a hearing on the revised plat. The motion carried. ..., Case No. 5. 64- Applicant: The Zoning and Planning Commission Subject: The rezonning by the Village of Minnetonka of a certain area in that Village from Residial to Commercial District. Action: Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Blake seconded the motion that Mr. Brubacher, 285 - 312 the City Manager, and Mr. Hawks, City Planner, as well as any or all of the members of the Zonning and Planning Commission attend the January 7th, 1965, Minnetonka Planning Commission meeting; that the objections of the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission to such proposed Commercial zoning be expressed; also that the City Manager, Mr. Brubacher, write a letter expressing the Commissions objections to the Clerk-Administrator, Roy E.
