WHEREAS, written application has been made and received by
the Building Inspector for the construction of a proposed residence
on the following described premises situated in Hopkins, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, viz:
"That part of the abandoned right-of-way of the Minneapolis and
St. Paul Suburban Railroad in the Northeast Quarter of the
