A RESOLUTION ORDERIN6 A HEARING ON REZONING OF CERTAIN � PROPERTY FROM MULTIPIE RESIDENCE TO MR-I AND FROM MULTIPLE RESIDENCE TO MR-2 and FROM BUSINESS RESIDENCE TO COMMER_ CIAL 2 and to MR-2. WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Hopkins on its ovm motion referred to the Zoning and Ptanning Commission of the City of Hopkins a ptan to establish certain differently described multiple residence categories to be known as MR-I and MR-2, and has further petitioned said �oning and Ptanning Commission to reconsider the business residence district as heretofore established and more � particularly that the folloN►ing described lands situated in the City of Hopkins, which are now in the multiple residence district, shall be p(aced in the MR-I district, viz: Lots 1 ( thraugh 22, inc[usive, Block 7, West Minneapolis; Lots 11 through 22, inclusive, Block 8, West Minneapolis; Lots I through 19, inclusive, Block 9, West Minneapolis; �ots I through 18, inclusive, Block 10, West Minneapolis; Lots (8 through 22, inclusive, and the South 15 feet of Lot 23, Block 6, West Minneapolis; Lots 1 through 6, inclusive, and Lots 13 through (8, inclusive, � B(ock ( I, West Minneapolis, including vacated streets; Lots ( through 3, inctusive, Dow's H anestead, inctuding vacated � Streets; ~ Lots I through 20, inclusive, Block 13, N1est Minneapo(is; �ota 32 through 37, inclusive, Block 3, West Minneapolis; �,ots 7 through 18, inctusive, Block 2, West Minneapolis; Lots I through 30, inclusive, Block I, West Minneapolis; '� That part of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, B(ock 2 and Lot 31 , Block f, West Minneapolis, lying south of a line para11e1 to and l30 feet south of the south ( ine of Excelsior Avenue. That part of the right—of—way of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway in the Southwest 4 of the Northwest � of Section 24, Toam ship I17, Range 22, lying between the exten sion Souther(y across said right—of—way of the East and West line of Lot I4, Btock 2, Gibb' s tst. Addition to West Minneapolis. NO�N; THEREFORE� (T (S HERE BY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning �. Commission of the City of Hopkins shall hold a hearing on said rezoning, as hereinabove set forth, in the Council Chambers in the City Ha11 at Hopkins at a regular meeting of said Commission to be hefd on August 27, 1963 at 7:30 o'clock P. M. and that the Secretary of the Commission shal ( give at least seven days published notice on said hearing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of this Resolution therein.
