Resolution 175 - CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION N0. 175 "A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING FOR A SPECIAL- USE-PERMIT FOR PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF AN OFFICE BUILDING IN BUSINESS-RESIDENCE DISTRICT". WHEREAS, A WRITTEN APPLICATION HAS B�EN MADE to the Building Inspector and the Zoning and Planning Commission for a Special-Use- Permit for the proposed construction of an Office building in the Business-Residence District on the following described premises �`' situated in Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota, viz: Those parts of Lots 1, 2, and 3 and 4, Minnehaha Oaks lying Northeasterly of Minnehaha Creek. -- NOW THEREFOR.E, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Zoning and Plan- � , ning Commission of the City of Hopkins will hold a hearing on said application in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Hopkins on May 26th, 1964, at 7:30 P.M. o�clock and that the Secretary of the Commission shall give seven days published notice of said hear- ' " � � ing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of this Resolution therein.
