Resolution 176 CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION N0. 176 "A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING FOR AN APPLICATION FOR REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY" WHEREAS, A WRITTEN APPLICATION HAS BEEN MADE to the Building Inspector and the Zoning and Planning Commission for rezoning the following described lands which are now in Business-Residence to Commercial-2 District of the City of Hopkins, viz: "Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Minnehaha Oaks, lying East .-. of Minnehaha Creek, Section 19, Township 117, Range 21, Hennepin County, Minnesota. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning Commission hold a hearing on said rezoning in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at a regular meeting of said Commission to be held on June 30th, 1964, at 7:30 P.M. o'clock and that the Secretary of the Commission shall give seven (7) days published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of the resolution therein.
