RESOLUTION N0. 177
"A P.ESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING F�R AN APPLICATION
FOR REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY"
WHEREAS, A WRITTEN APPLICANTION HAS BEEN MADE to the Building Inspector
and the Zoning and Planning Co�nission for the rezoning that part of th2 follow-
ing described lands which are now in �ouble-Residence to Business-Residence
Dist�ict of the City of Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota, viz:
"That part of Lot 70 Subdivision ��239, lying North
of Minnehaha Creek 138.3 feet along Monk Avenue;
thence East 305.6 feet; thence South approximately
— 250 feet to Lake Street."
NQW THEREFORE, IT IS HERESY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning Cormtission
hold a hearing on said rezoning in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at a
regular meeting of said Commission to be held on June 30th, 1964, at 7:30 P.M.
o�clock and that the Secretary of the Commission shall give seven (7) days
published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the City by
publishing a copy of the resolution therein.

Minnesota at a spacial maeting held June llth, 1964.
