RESOLUTION N0. 190
"RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED
REZONING OF CERTAIN AREAS FROM DOUBLE-RESIDENCE TO
CONIMERCIAL-1"
An application having been made by the Zoning and Planning Commission
of the City of Hopkins to rezone certain areas from Double-Residence
to Commercial-1 to include the following described premises in Hopkins,
Hennepin County Minnesota, viz:
Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, Block 69 and
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 70, West
^ Minneapolis, 2nd Division, Hopkin,�s ,Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that a public hearing shall be
held thereon at a regular meeting of the Hopkins Zoning and Planning
Commission in the Council Chambers at the City Hall in the City of
Hopkins on March 30, 1965, at 7:30 P.M. o'clock and that the Secretary
of the Commission shall give seven (7) days published notice of said < _^ W v
hearing in the official newspaper of the City of Hopkins by publishing
a copy of this Resolution therein.
Adopted by the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota at a regular meeting thereof held February 23, 1965.
