"RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING FOR A SPECIAL-
USE-PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITION TO EXISTING
BUILDING".
WHEREAS, A WRITTEN APPLICATION HAS BEEN MADE to the Building
Inspector and the Zoning and Planning Commission for a Special-Use-
Permit for the proposed construction of an addition to an existing
building on the following described premises situated in Hopkins,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, viz :
"that part of the Northeast 4 of Southeast 4 of Sectinn 25,
Township 117, Range 22, West of the 5th Principle Meridian,
described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of
^ the Northeast 4 of the Southeast 4 of said Section 25, thence
due South 395.12 feet to the place of beginning of land to be
described, thence Westerly at an angle of 92.31° with the last
described line 400.0 feet, thence South parallel with the East
line of said Section 380.0 feet, thence East to a point on the
East line of said Section a distance of 380.0 feet South of the
point of beginning, thence North to point of beginning, except
the East 90.0 feet thereof taken for road". (724 Washington Ave.

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning
Commission of the City of Hopkins will hold a hearing on said application
in the Council Chambers in the `ity Hall of the City of Hopkins on
July 27, 1965, at 7 :30 P.M., o'clock and that the Secretary of the
Commission shall give seven (7) days published notice of said hearing in
the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of this Resolution

Adopted by the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, at a regular meeting thereof held July 13, 1965.
