Resolution 206 (Official Publication) CITY OF HOPKINS ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION � RESOLUTION N0. 206 "A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT AND THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF AN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN AN INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT" WHEREAS, a written application has been made to the Building Inspector for the construction of an industrial building in an Industrial Zone on the following described premises situated in Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota, viz: "Commencing 1112.65 feet East of the Northwest corner of Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Northeast Quarter (NE4), thence South 96 feet, thence West 25.25 feet, thence South to Northerly line of Minneapolis & St. Louis Railway right-of-way, thence �` Easterly along Northerly line of said right-of-way to East line of Northeast Quarter (NE4) , thence North to Northeast corner thereof, thence West to beginning - Sec. 26, Platt 37026, Parcel 1000" NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Hopkins will hold a hearing on said application in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Hopkins on November 30, 1965, at 7 :30 P.M, , o'clock and that the Secretary of the Commission shall give seven (7) days published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
