Stannaxd moved, Sundby seconded that a hearing on Resr�lution #96, a resolution
ordering a hearing on a certain application to construct an additi�n to an
indu�trial building in an Industrial Zone and for the issuance of a special
use permit thereof on Lots 8 and 9, Block 9, Anderson's F`irst Additi�n
applied for by Holt Auto Sales �� 909 Fast Excelsior Avenue be conti.�ued
to the Septexnber 26th meeting. Carried.
Sundby mr�ved, Stannard seconded tnat recoir��lendation be made to the City
Council that a building permit be issued to Robert ��iason to construct
an office building between lOth and llth Avenues South to be located
south �f the municipal paridng lots as shat,m in Plan '�l with the arcade
and a1so, that the 1�� alley descri'Qed as follryws be vacated: Alley
abuting the south 1�3.5' o£ lot 21� and the north 16.5' of lot 23, also,
the south li3.5' of lot 11 and the north 16.5� of lot 12 in Blocic 6,

�rdering a hearing on the rezoning of the follr�wing described property

Sundby moved, II.se seconded that recorunendation be made to the City
Council that a special use permit be granted to Millwork,, Inc. located
at 1la0 tidashingt,on Avenue South for the c�nstruction of an addition to
the exi.sting building up�n Tracts A and B, R.L.S. #396. Carried.
Sundby moved, Else seconded that Resolution No. 1.01 a resolution
� �rdering a hearing on a certain application to c�nstruct an office -
warehouse builcling upon Tract F, R.L.S. #561 at 309 Monk Avenue N�rth,
application applied fnr by HerU Mason. Caxried.
E1se moved, Gustafson seconded that recommendation be made t� the City
Council that a building permit application be granted to George D.
3randenburger to construct an attached garage-breezeway addit3on to the
south side of existing home located at 117 - 18th Avenue South with a
variance from the required sideyard of 8� in a Double Residence Zone
to 5�, Lot 11, Block 3, Boulevaxd Manor Addition. Carried.
Sundby moved� Gustafson secnnded that Resolution No. 102 a resolution
ordering a hearing on a certain application to construct an additi�n to
an existing bui.lding located at 130 Washington Avenue South on Tract A,
R.L.S. #261�. Caxried.
Gustafson moved, Sundby sec�nded that recommendation be made to the City
Council that Ma.urice Krantz, residing at 21 St. Al�an's Rd, be �ranted
per.mission to construct a 6t basketweave fence on his propertyf Carried.
Gustafson moved, Sundby seconded tha.t rec�mmendation be made to the City
� C�uncil that we declare a morat�rium �n the issuance of building perrri.ts
f�r the construction of signs, billboards, except nameplates on buildings
until the new revised ordinance is in effect. Carried.
