02-27-1962 A regular meeting of the Zoning and Planning Commission was held on Tuesday, February 27, 1962 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall. Present were Chairman Wegleitner, Mayor Milbert, and members Gustafson, and Sundby, the City Manager, Brubacher, City Engineer, Stroian, Building Inspector, Blomquist, and Consultant Planner, Hawks. � Mr. Gustafson moved and Mr. Sundby seconded the motion that recommendation of approval be made to the City Council the construction of a proposed industrial building in an Industrial zone on Lots 1 through 12, Block 57 , West Minneapolis, or 636 - llth Avenue South; the application being ma.de by Schnabel-Reidel. The motion carried. Mr. Sundby moved and Mr. Gustafson seconded the motion that Resolution ��113, "A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON A CERTAIN APPLICATION TO CONTRUCT A PROPOSED ADDITION TO EXISTING BUILDING", the existing building located at 140 Washington Avenue South; the application being made by Millwork Inc. The motion carried. Mr. Sundby moved and Mr. Gustafson seconded the motion that recommendation be made to the City Council to approve the request for a building permit application by Mr. Gordon W. Keasling to construct a single family residence on a 40 foot lot at 634 - 6th Avenue South; and that the resident on the North, Mr. Ernest N. Forde of 630 - 6th Avenue South be notified by letter that the application will appear before the City Council at their March 6th, 1962 meeting. The motion carried.
