07-03-1962 A specia� meeting of the Zoning and Planning Co�nission of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota
was held on Tuesday, July 3, I962 at 7: 15 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall.
Present were Mayor Milbert, Councilman Else and City Manager, Mr. Brubacher and City
Engineer, Mr. Strojan.
Mr. Else moved and Mr. Milbert seconded the motion that Mr. Milbert be appointed chairman
`- pro tem. The motion carried. \
Mr. Else moved and Mr. Milbert seconded the motion that recommendation be made to the
City Council to approve the request for a building permit to construct a proposed
addition to a house in certain Double-Residence District with a variance of side yard
requirements from e�.�iit feet to four feet; viz: Lot 9, Block 15, West Minneapolis 3rd.
Division or 20 - 18th Avenue North. The application for the proposed addition to the
existing house made by Mr. Russel Sorenson. The motion carried.
The meeting adjourned.
