ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO, 66
A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON APPLICATIONS
TO CONSTRUCT PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS IN
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF
SPECIAL USE PERMITS THEREFOR,
WHEREAS written applications have been made to the building inspector
for a permit for the construction of certain proposed buildings and additions
on the following described premises, viz:
Lot 4, Auditor's Subdivision No, 195, and
WHEREAS Ordinance No, 131 of the City of Hopkins presently permits
such construction and improvements after hearing thereon, and
WHEREAS a written application has been made to the building inspector
for a permit to construct a proposed industrial building and addition at the
following described premises, viz:

the address of which is 1600 Second Street South, and
WHEREAS Ordinance No. 131 of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota
presently permits such construction and improvements after hearing thereon,
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning
Commission of the City of Hopkins hold a public hearing on said applications
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Tuesday, August 25, 1959 at
7:30 o'clock, P. M. and the Secretary of the Commission give seven (7)
days published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the
City by publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
Adopted by the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota at a regular meeting thereof held July 29, 1959.
