ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION RESO�UTION N0. 68
A RESOLUTION ORDER:►NG A HEARING ON AN APPLICATlON
TO CONS TRUCT A PROPOSED ADDITION TO EXISTING
BUILDING IN AN INDUSTRIAL AISTRICT AND FOR THE
ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT THEREFOR.
WHEREAS written appiication has been made to the building inspector
for a permit for the construction of a proposed addition to the present
industrial and commerciai building at 420 Excelsior Avenue West upon a
part of certain premises described as Tracts C. D. E. and F., Registered
Land Survey No. 823, Files of the Registrar of Titles, and upon the ad—
� jacent portion of the railroad right of way of the Minneapolis and St.
Louis Railway Company, extended Southerly, and
WHEREAS Ordinance No. 131 of the City of Hopkins presently permit
such construction after hearing thereon.
NO'vV THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning and planning
commission of the City of Hopkins hold a public hearing on said application
at the council chambers in the City Hall on Tuesday, September 29, 1959,
at 7:30 oiclock, P. M. and that the secretary of the commission give
seven t7) days published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper
of the City by publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
ADOPTED by the zoning and planning commission of the City of Hopkins
