CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota �" ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 69 A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON AN APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT A SIGN AI� FENCE IN AN INDUSTRIAL AR�A. WHEREAS a written application has been made to the Nopkins Building Inspector for a permit to erect a sign and fence running in an Easterly-Westerly direction along the Southerly or rear lot lines of Lots 15 to 18, inclusive, and part of Lot 14, in Auditor�s Subdivision Number 242, Hennepin County, Minnesota, the post office address of which is 314 Excelsior Avenue, said application being made by Town�s Edge Oidsmobile Company, which area is nan+ zoned Industrial and pursuant � to Ordinance No. 131 of the City of Hopkins, said area may be used for such purposes after hearing thereon, providing a special use permit is issued after such hearing. NOw THEREFORE IT (S HEREBY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning C armission of the City of Hopkins hold a pubiic hearing on said application in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Hopkins on Monday, October 19, 1959, at 7;30 o�clock, P. M. and that the Secretary of the Commission give seven (7� days published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
