A RE SOLUT I ON ORDE R I�JG HE AR I NG ON
APPLICATION FOR RE—LONIN6 OF
CERTAIN PF20PERTY
WHEREAS a written petition and apptication has been filed with
the Zoning and P(anning Commission of the City of Hopkins that the foflowing
described lands which are now in the double residence district of the city
be re—zoned by removing the same from said double residence district and
p�acing the same in a C-2 classification district of the city, viz:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the South�east
Quarter of Section 23, Township 117, Range 22 lying
East of a line drawn parallel to and distant 150
feet East of the center line of Shady Oak Road and
� lying West of Twentieth Avenue South.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning Com—
mission wi11 hold a special hearing on said re—zoning in the Council Chambers
in the City Hall at a regular meeting of said commission to be held on May
31� 196U at 7;30 o�ctock P. M., and that the Secretary of the coirmission
give seven (7) days published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper
of the city by publishing a copy of this resolution thereon.
Adopted by the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Hopkins at
a regular meeting thereof held April 26, 1960.
