A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON CERTAIN
APPLICATIONS TO CONSTRIlCT PROPOSED INDUSTRIAL
BUILDINGS IN CERTAIN INDUSTRIAL AREAS OR
DISTRICTS AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL USE
PERAAI TS TNEREFOR.
� WHEREAS a written application has be+en made to the building inspector
for the construction of a certain proposed industrial building on the
foticywing premises situated in Hopkin s, Hennepin County, Minn, viz:
That part of Lot 75 lying Southeasterly of the
" Northwesterly 30 feet thereof, and al1 of Lot 76
� Auditor�s Subdivision Number 239, and
WHEREAS a written application has been made to the building inspector
for the construction of a certein proposed industrial building on the
fo) icywing premises situated in Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minn. viz;
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter lying West of the East 917.3 feet thereof and
" North of Exceisior Boulevard, exceFt road, all in
Section 20, Township 117, Range 21, and
WHEREAS Ordinance No. �31 of the City of Hopkins presently permits
such construction and improvements in said location after hearing thereon,
NOM1 THEREFORE, 17 IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning
Commission of the City of Hopkins will hold a hearing on said applications
� in the Gounci ) Chambers in the City Ha11 on June 28, t930 at 7:30 o�clock,
P. M., and that the Secretary of the Comnission shait give seven I7� days
pubtished notice of said hearing in the officia! newspaper of the city by
publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
