ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 79 A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON A CERTAIN APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT A PROPOSED BUILDING IN A CERTAIN C—I COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT THEREFOR. WHEREAS a written application has been made to the building inspector for the construction of a certain proposed building in the follaNing premises sifivated in the City of Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota, viz: Lots 22, 23, 24, 25, Block 2, West Minneapolis, and WHEREAS Ordinance No. 131 of the City of Hopkins presently permits the construction of a building in said location for uses which are not � detrimental nor injurious to said district and which uses are of the same general character as those outlined in Sec. 8, Subdiv. No. I of said ordinance. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Hopkins will hold a hearing on said application in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Hopkins on July ,� ,��r 26, 1960 at -6:30 o'clock P, M., and that the Secretary of the Corrmission sha � l give seven (71 days published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the city by publishing a copy of thls resolution therein.
