Resolution 80 CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, ��innesota � ZONING AND PLANNING COMi�ISS10N RESOLUTION N0. 80 A RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARINGS ON CERTAIN APPLICATIONS TO CONSTRUCT PROPOSED BUILDINGS IN CERTAIN INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINE SS RESIDENCE DISTRiCTS AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL USE PERMITS THEREFOR WHEREAS WRltten applications have been made to the Building Inspector for the construction of said proposed buildings in the following premises situ�ted in the City of Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows: (a) For the construction of �n industrial building as an addition to an existing industrial building upon that part of the Southe%�st Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, To�m ship ( l7, r2�anae 2� lying North— � easterly of the Minneapolis and St. Louis Railway riaht of way, the post office address of which is 334 — 17th Avenue North, said premises being presently zoned industrial . {b) The construction of an industrial building upon Lots 16 to 22, inclusive, Block 4, West Minneapolis Center, said premises being presently zoned industrial . {c) The construction of an office building upon that part of Lot 70, Auditor�s Subdivision Number 239 lying Southwesterly of the Minnehah � Creek, said premises being na� zoned business — residence, �nd WHEREAS Ordinance No. 131 of the City of Hopkins presently p�rm(ts the construction of such building in said locations. � NOW THEREFORE, IT tS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Hopkins will hold a hearing on said applications in the Counci ! Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Hopkins on August 30, 1960 at 7:30 o�clock, P. M., and thyt the Secretary of the Commission sha11 oive seven (7) days published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
