A RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARINGS ON CERTAIN
APPLICATIONS TO CONSTRUCT PROPOSED BUILDINGS
IN CERTAIN INDUSTRIA� AND BUSINESS RESIDENCE
DISTRICTS AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL USE
PERMI TS THEREFOR.
WHEREAS written aPp� ications have been made to the Building
lnspector for the construction of certain proposed buildings in the following
premises situated in the City of Hopkins, Minneeota, as foflows:
(a) For the construction of a business building upon the North Half
of Lot 29, Auditor� s Subdivision No. 239, said premises being presently
zoned, Business Residence.
�"" (b) For the construction of an industrial building upon the West 73
feet of Lots 9, 10, and 11, Block 53, and the East 7 feet of the vacated
alley in Block 53, West Minneapolis, abutting upon said lots, a11 in West
Minneapolis, said premises being now Zoned, Industria�, and
WHEREAS Ordinance No. 131 of the City of Hopkins presently permits
the construction of such building in said (ocations,
NOW 1HEREFORE, IT IS HEl�BY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning
Comnission of the City of Hopkins will hold a hearing on said ap plications
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Hopkins on October
25, 1960 at 7;30 o'clock, P. M., and that the Secretary of the Commission
� shail give seven (7) days published notice of said hearing in the officia�
newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
Passed and adopted by the Zoning and Planning Commission of the
City of Hopkins� Minnesota at a regular meeting thereof hetd on October
4, 1960.
