WHEREAS 1rYRitten a�plications rave b::en made to the Build.ing Inspector
for the construction of said pr000sed buildings in the following premises
situated in the City of f�opkins, Hennepin Count.y, N�innesota, as follows:
(a) The construction of an apartment building upon that part
of the South 800' of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1�1� of
the Northeast 1�?� of Section 19� Totianship 117� Range 21�
�- lying East of P•�innehaha Creek and titi'est of Monk Avenue.
(b) The construction of an apartment bui�.ding upon all of
Tract B, Registere•� Land Survey #561, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, except the West 150' thereof
said pr•�mises being now zon�d business - rasidence, and
WHEREAS Ordinance No. 131 of the City of Hopkins presently permits the
construction of such building in said locations.

Commission of th� City of Hopkins will hol3 a hearing on said applications
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Hopkins on November
29, 1960 at 7:30 o�clock, P.Y., and that the �ecretary o� the ComTnission

shall oive seven (7) days published notice of said hsaring in the official
newapaper of the City b,y publishing a copy of this resolution tYterein.
Passed and adopted by the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of
Hopkins� Minriesota at a postponed meeting thereof held on October 3�, 1960.
