A RFSOLUTION ORDF�.ING A HEARING ON APPLICATION
FOR REZONING OF CFRTAIN PftOPE�tTY
WH�EAS petitions and applications have been filed with the
Zonir� and Planning Commission of the City r�f Hopkins that the
following described lands!which are now in the Commercial C-2
district of the City be rezoned by removing the same frr�m said
Commercial C-2 district and placin� the same in an Industrial
distiict of the City, viz:
Lots 1� 2, 3, and the east � of 7�ot l�, Block 23� West
�
Minneapolis Center and
WHF�tEAS a written petition and application have been filed
with the Zoning and Planning Cornmission of the City of H�pkins that
the following described lands which are nrnr i.n Single Residence
district of the City be rezoned by removing the same from said
Single Residence district and p1.a.cing the same in an Industrial
district, viz:
Lots 8 thru 18, Block 23� West Minneapolis Center
THEREEOR it is ordered that the Zoning and Planning Commission
hold a special hea.ring on said rezoning in the Council Chambers
�,, in the City Ha11 at a regular :neeting of said commission to be held
on September 26, 1961 at 7:30 o�clock P.M. and tha.t the Secreta.ry
of the Comuiission shall give seven (7) days published notice of
s�,id hearing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing
a copy of this resolution therei.n.
Adopted by the Zoning and Planning Conunission of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota at a regular meeting held August 29, 1961.
