Resolution 108 CIlY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota � RESOLUTION NO.�� A RESOLUTION ORDERtNG HEARING ON A CERTAIPI APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT A PR()POSED BUILDING UP�N PARTS OF LOTS 6 and 7, BLOCK 2, �OULEVARD MANQR WHICH IS A C-2 DISTRICT AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT THEREFOR. WHEREAS, Written application has been made to the Building Inspector for the construction of a proposed building on the follaroing premises situated in the City of Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota, viz; llpon parts of Lots 6 and 7, B(ock 2� Boulevard Manor which premises are located on the So�t hwest corner of the intersection of Excelsior Avenue and Seventeenth Avenue, a�d � WHEREAS, Said premises are n av zoned C-2 Corrmercial and Ordinance No. 131 of the City of Hopkin� presently permits construction of certain baildings in said tocation, bat the proposed building requires the issuance of a specia� use permit therefor, and WHEREAS, The District Court of Hennepin County, Minnesota, has ordered that a special hearing be held on the issuance of such special use permit by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as well as by the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning and Planning Corm�ission of the City of Nopkins and the City Councli of said city wiil hold a hearing or re—hearing on said �'" application in the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City of Hopkins on December 11, 1961 et 8:00 o'clock P. M., and that tMe Secretary of the Commission and of the Council sha11 glve seven (71 days published notice of said hearing or re—hearing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of this resolutior� therein.
