Resolution 117 CITY OF HOPKINS � Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION N0. 117 A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON A CERTAIN APPLICATION TO USE AN EXISTING BUILDING IN A SINGLE-RESIDENCE DISTRICT AS A TWO FANLLLY DWELLING AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL PERMIT THEREOF. WHEREAS, a written application has been ma.de to the Building Inspector for the use of an existing dwelling in a Single-Residence District as a two family dwelling and for the issuance of a special permit thereof on the following described premises situated in Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota, �— viz: Commencing at a point in the South line of Southeast 4 of Northeast 4 of Section 24, Township 117, Range 22, distant 940 feet East from Southwest corner thereof, thence North parallel with the West line 120 feet to point of beginning, thence North to the Southwesterly line of Minnetonka Mills Road, Thence Southeasterly 150 feet along said road 1ine, thence Southwesterly to a point 120 feet North of the South line of Southeast 4 of Northeast 4, thence Westerly 112 feet to point of beginning. WHEREAS Ordinance No. 131 of the City of Hopkins presently permits such construction and improvement in said location after hearing thereon. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Hopkins will hold a hearing on said application � in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Hopkins on May 29, 1962 at 7:30 p.m. and that the Secretary of the Commission shall give seven (7) days published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of this Resolution therein.
