Resolution 121 4 CITY OF HOPKINS � Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION N0. 121 A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON A CERTAIN APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITION TO AN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN AN INDUSTRTAL ZONE WITH A VARIANCE OF A REl�R YARD SET-BACK OF FORTY (40) FEET TO ONE (1) FOOT AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT THEREOF. WHEREAS written application has been made to the Building Inspector for the construction of an addition to an existing building in an Industrual Zone on the following premises situated in the City of Hopkins, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows: viz: the West 386.85' of that part of the Northwest 4 of the Northwest 4 of Section 25 , Township 117, Range 22, `.- lying South of the Southerly right-of-way line of the Minneapolis & St. Louis Railroad Company and lying East of the center lines of 16th Avenue South extended Northerly, subject to an easement for street purposes over the South 33' thereof, said premises being now zoned Industrial. WHEREAS Ordinance No. 131 of the City of Hopkins presently permits the construction of such building in said locations after hearing thereon. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HER.EBY ORDERED THAT the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Hopkins will hold a hearing on said application:: in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Hopkins on 31st day of July, 1962 at 7:30 o'clock, P.M. , and that the Secretary of the Commission � shall give seven (7) days published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of this resolution therein.
