Resolution 112 (2) CITY OF HOPKINS ` Hennepin County, Minnesota ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 122 A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON A CERTAIN APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITION TO AN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN AN INDUSTRIAL ZONE AND FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT THEREOF. WHEREAS a written application has been ma.de to the Building Inspector for the construction of an addition to an existing building in an Industrial Zone on the following premises situated in the City of Hopkins, Hennepin ` County, Minnesota, as follows: viz: that part of Block 36, West Minneapolis, lying Northeasterly of Nine Mile Creek, including vacated alley thereof, said premises being now zoned Industrial. WHEREAS Ordinance No. 131 of the City of Hopkins presently permits the construction of such building in said location after hearing thereon. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HER.EBY ORDERED THAT the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Hopkins will hold a hearing on said application in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Hopkins on the 31st. day of July, 1962, at 7:30 o'clock, P.M. , and that the Secretary of the Commission shall give seven (7) days published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of this resolution therein. ` Passed and adopted by the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of ?
