Resolution 132 (Official Publication) .�- CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 132 A RESOLUTION ORDERING A HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY. WHEREAS, petitions and applications have been filed with the Zoning and Planning Commission of the City of Hopkins that the following described lands which are now in Multiple-Residence and/or Industrial to Commerical -1- Zone of the City, viz: That part of Lots 4, 5, 6, Block 2, West Minneapolis lying South of the North 130 feet thereof; that part of Lot 31 and the North 36 feet of Lot 30, Block 1, West Minneapolis �"' lying South of a line parallel to and 130 feet South of the South line of Excelsior Avenue and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Block 1, West Minneapolis from Multiple-Residence to Commerical -1- Zone. That part of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 Auditors Subdivision 242 and R.L.S. ���323 lying South � of a line parallel to and 130 feet South of the South line of Excelsior Avenue from Industrial to Commercial - 1- Zone. THEREFORE it is ordered that the Zoning and Planning Commission hold a hearing on said rezoning in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at a regular meeting of said Commission to be held on September 25th, 1962 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. and that the Secretary of the Commission shall give seven (7) days published notice of said hearing in the official newspaper of the City by publishing a copy of the resolution `" therein.
