�� RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT
TO ZONING ORDIidANCE.
Wf�REAS, a petition has been filed with the city councii of Hopkine
requesting that Ordinance No. g (the zoning ordina.nce) of the city be amended
by removing the following described real estate from the multiple dwelling
district an.d placing it in the commercial diotrict, to-ait:
A1.I that part of the Northweet (,��.arter (NW�) of the
Aortheast �rter (ND�) of Section 2�, Township 117,
Ra.nge 22, which liee northerly of atate hi�hway No. 7
and eaaterly of the West 524.5 feet thereof which is
not alreac�y zoned commercial; a.nd
WHEREAS, the city council of Hopkina has referred said petition to the
� city zoaing comm�sion; NOW, THEREFORE,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the zoning commisaion hold a public hearing on
said petition at the council chambers in the city ha11 on the � day of
November , 1g�+9, at �'oo o'clock r M. , and that the secretary of
the commisaion give seven (7) d.ays public notice of said hearing in the
official paper of the city, by publiahing a copy of thie resolution therein.
